i want to step out of "launch mode" for a sec.

first, i want to thank every.single.person. who has taken a chance on the Yap Challenge both this time and in round 1. i don't know that i have the words to explain how grateful i am for this crazy, insane, amazing, beautiful experience.

i know i've said many times over the past couple weeks ... my why is my son. i want to give that kid every opportunity i possibly can. and i want to support my family and my friends with as much generosity as my bank account will allow.

that was the fire in my belly from the very beginning, when i swallowed my pride, started a new ig account, and just owned the fact i was walking away from the identity of running a 'successful respected' business to do something else (that had zero plan).

i decided to share my finances, my career confusion, and my furniture flips ... nervously, cringing the whole time - and it changed the trajectory of my entire life.

you have become a part of that, and i get choked up thinking about all the people who've taken a chance on me.

and now, i want to take a chance on you.

that's the whole reason this challenge exists. not to turn you into an influencer. to help you stop waiting.

i weighed the cost of looking a little stupid on the internet and decided f*ck it. i can live with that. what i could NOT live with was playing small and letting fear win.

grateful doesn't even cut it. ❀️ yap nation, let's make the Internet a real, messy, delightfully human place to be again.
