everyone keeps asking me HOW. so i'm gonna show you. πŸ‘€

- a yapper in the wild is emailing you :)

(doors to the yap challenge are only open until Tuesday night, we're coming to the end... and there's a reason you want to read this email, even if you've already bought!)

ok so this wasn't part of the plan. but after this launch, i can't not do it.

quick context: the YAP challenge did $1.2 million in its first launch. over $2 million in the first 24 hours of the second launch. 🀯 just mind boggling numbers even with all my best laid plans. and my dms have been full of the same question ... "HOW?? how did you actually do this?"

i've been clear that i think there's an element of luck to the way this thing hit, but it also might be doing a disservice to say that, because there is in fact a lot of thought and strategy that went into it as well.

so here's the plot twist πŸ‘‡

everyone in the yap challenge β€” rounds 1 AND 2 β€” will be getting a behind-the-scenes debrief teardown of this whole launch. free. as a surprise bonus.

to be clear: this is not a course or not a how-to. it'll be me pulling back the curtain on what actually happened:

  • the emails
  • the numbers, day by day (including payplans, pay in fulls, what day did best, etc.)
  • the IG posts, DMs + the timing
  • what surprised me, and what i'd do differently next time

basically: come look under the hood with me.

and i'm gonna be straight with you about WHY, because i'd rather just say it than be cagey:

i've been thinking about whether to teach this whole launch thing as its own paid offer down the road. but before i build anything, i want to do two things:

  1. actually show you what happened here, partly as a thank you and partly because it's genuinely cool to share

  2. find out what you're most curious about. because what you want to know is what tells me whether there's something bigger worth making.

so yeah - you'd be getting a front-row seat AND helping shape whatever comes next.

(timing heads up: i'll deliver it once cohort 2 wraps at the end of summer. i want to do it properly, not duct-tape it together mid-launch.)

here's the catch, and why i'm telling you now: this debrief is ONLY for students in rounds 1 & 2. once doors close, it's gone - i'm not selling this debrief separately to people who sat this one out.

so if you've been hovering… this might be your nudge.

doors close tuesday night. we start july 1. πŸ‘‡

save your spot:

see ya inside, homie.

p.s. - and to my round one crew: yes, you're getting this too. you helped make it happen! wouldn't feel right otherwise. πŸ–€

- a yapper in the wild is emailing you :) julie (a yap challenge student stuck with an IG account that wasn't budging) sent me the following screenshot after going through the yap challenge, and i knew i had to let her tell the story herself. rather than paraphrase, i'm handing her my email ...take it away. ------------------------------------ I used to think I was "okay" at Instagram. Not the best. Not the worst. Stuck at 17k followers for about 5 years with zero growth. (ok i was fooling...
